Along with the hard hats of non-work life (parent, spouse, child, etc.), these identifiers accurately represent the impact I've had (so far) in my life. Gael provides C-Suite consulting<\/b> for (usually) women-identifying-owned and operated businesses looking for help to improve their processes and impact, both online and offline. She works with CEOs to identify gaps\/leaks in systems\/processes, putting the right person in the right seat, and facilitating a top-down culture approach so that they can improve their bottom line and take back their time.<\/p>\n

Gael founded The Legacy Recorder<\/b> and self-published the Legacy Recorder Community Guide in an effort to share her passion for storytelling and penchant for writing about hard things like death and dying. Her mission is to help others create deeper, lasting connections through intergenerational storytelling.
